Charity Partner

Our Charity Partner this year comes from our own club! Sophie's Change for Change is collecting change and New Unwrapped Toys to help local foster kids! 

The FEFSC is a 501C3 organization, and one of our missions is to give back to the community. A few years ago, one of our skaters wanted to give back on a much larger scale. “Sophie’s Change for Change” began in 2018 by fifteen-year-old Sophie Kruszewski. Sophie was adopted from a Chinese Orphanage in 2004. She started this charity event to raise money and necessities for her former orphanage. She had remarkable success with this and now supports other causes on this platform.

 Sophie will be collecting New, Unwrapped Toys for the Florida Baptist Children’s Home /One More Child Organization located in Ft. Myers. (we will also be collecting loose change)

All toys collected from now until our Holiday Show on December 9th will go to local foster kids for Christmas! Toys can be dropped off to Sophie at the rink.
